Terms & Conditions for Fertility and Health Coaching

Welcome to Fertility & Health Coaching ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our fertility and health coaching services, including consultations, programs, online courses, and any related offerings ("Services"). By booking, enrolling, or participating in our Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

Our services include fertility coaching, holistic health consultations, and wellness programs that support individuals and couples in optimising their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. These services may involve natural therapies, mindset techniques, coaching, and health education.

Note:

Our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your licensed healthcare providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By participating, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any program.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide complete and accurate health and personal information.Commit to the coaching process and actively participate. Understand that results vary and are not guaranteed. Inform us of any changes in your health or circumstances that may affect the coaching process.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment plans are available for some services; late payments may incur additional fees.

Refunds: Due to the nature of coaching and digital services, all sales are final.

Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. In the rare event that we must reschedule, you will be offered a new appointment time promptly.

6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your specific medical needs. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the course of our services, including program materials, meditations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Fertility & Health Coaching. You may not copy, distribute, or share this content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your participation in our services. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion if a client is found to be non-compliant with these terms, disrespectful, or disruptive to the coaching relationship.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of NSW.
